ELIGIBILITY
a) (Marty’s Toy Box) is open to any individual eighteen (18) years of age or older who resides in the total survey listening area as defined by Colorado Springs/Pueblo Arbitron Radio Market Report who registers by completing an official entry form at the following Wal-Mart locations:
Each participant may complete only one entry per person or entity. Registration at a sponsor location requires contestants to enter their complete first and last name, email address and telephone number. To be registered for the Disneyland Trip you DO NOT have to give a toy.
b) Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family and household members of Salem Communications, Bison Media, KBIQ FM, KGFT FM or KZNT AM (“Radio Station”), its parent company, its parent’s affiliated companies, and its advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Immediate family shall include spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and any other persons residing within the same household.
c) Participants must possess valid government issues photo identification.
HOW TO REDEEM
a) Winners must fill out appropriate paperwork prior to receiving their prize. Once an individual has qualified, they can stop by the KBIQ Studios located at 7150 Campus Drive, Suite 150, Colorado Springs, CO 80920, in person to pick up their prize. Persons other than the identified winner will not be able to claim the prize without prior permission of the winner.
b) All winners must complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, where lawful, publicity release. If Q102.7 KBIQ does not receive the affidavit and release within two (2) weeks of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Except where prohibited by law, by signing the affidavit and release, the winner grants permission to the use of his/her/its name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, service mark, voice, biographical/other information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes for this and other promotions by Radio Station without additional compensation.
c) Entrants need not be present or win to be awarded the prize. The winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail or regular mail within two (2) weeks from the date of selection.
d) Marty’s Toy Box Dates are:
- Disneyland Giveaway: Saturday, December 6th @ Focus on the Family Bookstore.

No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent will be given for the prizes provided however, Q102.7 KBIQ may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
No cash alternative or substitution of any prize will be provided. All taxes (including, without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes) on or connected with any prize, and the reporting consequences thereof, are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the respective winner. If required by law, Q102.7 KBIQ reserves the right to withhold and remit to the appropriate taxing authorities the amount of any tax or taxes due.
VERIFICATION
All winners must provide proper identification cards, or a valid driver’s license, and submit social security number to receive their prize. The winner must appear in person to redeem the prize or give prior authorization for someone else to pick up the prize for them.
GOVERNING LAW
By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by all of these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of General Manager of Radio Station ("Contest Judge"). All decisions regarding the Contest including, but not limited to, selecting the winner, will be made by the Contest Judge, whose decisions shall be final. The Contest Judge may prohibit an entrant from participating in this Contest, in his/her sole discretion, if, in the opinion of the Contest Judge, the entrant fails to abide by these rules, or otherwise acts (i) in a non-professional or inappropriate manner, (ii) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Radio Station, its parent company, its parent’s affiliated companies or its advertising and promotion agencies, or (iii) in any other disruptive manner. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and may be required to complete a W-9 taxpayer identification form. All federal, state, and local laws apply. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold Radio Station, its parent company and its parent’s affiliated companies harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on any libel, slander, illegal competition or trade practice, violation of rights of privacy, infringement of copyrights or other rights of third parties.
CONDITIONS
a) Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be required to complete a prize receipt and release form and may be required to complete a W9 taxpayer identification form. Failure or refusal to execute the release will result in the winner forfeiting the prize. By participating in the contest, winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.
b) Q102.7 KBIQ in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Q102.7 KBIQ website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
c) Q102.7 KBIQ reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the contest rules and dates at any time for any reason. Material modifications shall be announced on-air, when practical. By participating in this contest, listeners agree to be bound by these contest rules, any modification thereof, and by all other rules imposed by Station Management. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the station, any event associated with this contest or the prize is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
d) Q102.7 KBIQ is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize.
